A charming apartment located on the famous Promenade des Anglais in a beautiful building, fully equipped and very cozy for a pleasant stay by the sea on the Promenade des Anglais, with direct access to the beach. Space Welcome to our apartment in front of the sea, Located on the 7th floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, AC, parking, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with shower, open kitchen on the living room with TV and access to the sea view terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Access The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Interaction Our team is glad to greet you in Nice. Keys will be given to you in our office. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don’t hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it. We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home. Neighborhood The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Fabron stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes. Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc) Take the tram for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Fabron. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Train station « Nice Saint Augustin » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. You can come in Nice by car and park in our private and covered car park. IMPORTANT NOTES : The accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
