Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,We’re happy to host you—please follow these simple house rules:
- • Noise: Keep it down, especially from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Security is on-site from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- • Smoking: Not allowed inside, on balconies, or anywhere in the complex ($350 fine).
- • Pool & BBQ: Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (quiet time starts at 9:30 p.m.). No glass. Supervise children. Clean BBQs after use.
- • Parking: Use your designated spot or aboveground parking. No trailers, motorhomes, or parking on grass. Extra parking is available on Mann Street.
- • Waste: Use the bin shed (red lid for general waste, yellow lid for recycling).
- • Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
- • Pets: Not allowed.
- • Laundry: Use the drying rack—no hanging clothes on balconies.
- • Towels: Beach towels for pool use, bath towels for indoors only.
- • Cleaning: Excessive mess may incur a $65/hour fee. Stained or damaged linens may require replacement.
- • Before you go: Turn off lights and AC.
