Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - No guests from schoolies or underage individuals.
- - Parties, reunions, and similar gatherings are prohibited.
- **General Rules:**
- - Guests are responsible for children's safety and minimizing noise.
- **Noise Levels:**
- - Noise complaints may lead to booking termination and loss of payments.
- **Visitors:**
- - Only approved guests may stay overnight; gatherings are not allowed.
- **Air Conditioning:**
- - Turn off when leaving the apartment.
- **Waste Disposal:**
- - Dispose of rubbish and recycle in designated bins.
- **Security:**
- - Lock doors and windows.
- **Pool and BBQ Areas:**
- - No glass in pool areas; use provided plastic items.
- - Pool hours: 6 AM - 10:30 PM; quiet time at 9:30 PM.
- - Supervise children; activities are at own risk. No excessive noise or running.
- **Smoking:**
- - No smoking anywhere in the complex. Evidence of smoking incurs a cleaning fee.
- **Pets:**
- - No pets allowed, except approved resident pets.
- **Damage and Loss:**
- - Please report any damage as soon as possible. Furniture must stay in designated rooms.
- - Use beach towels at the pool, not bath towels.
- - Replace lost key cards ($20 each). Costs for damage or extra cleaning will be billed.
