Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

Time and care have been taken to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests. Reading in full and agreeing to adhere to the house rules is a prerequisite for booking. This apartment is part of a community; please keep noise levels respectful, especially at night and follow the rules for communal pool areas. If it is found that a booking was made using misleading information intended to avoid complying with house rules and host a party, event, celebration, host unauthorised guests or if the intended purpose of stay is not acceptable to us, we reserve the right to cancel a booking which could result in the loss of money paid. We do not host for schoolies or underage guests. We do not host parties, reunions, weddings, baby showers, or hen nights. General: All guests must follow all instructions from the host and house rules. Guests are always fully responsible for the safety and security of children inside the complex and for disturbing other complex residents. As mentioned, this property is part of a community, including owner occupiers. Noise needs to be kept to a respectful level, particularly at night. Noise complaints from neighbours may result in the premature termination of the booking and the loss of money paid. Visitors Only approved guests can sleep in the unit.
- Gatherings or parties of any sort are not permitted.
- AC: Please turn AC's off when leaving the apartment.
- Waste and Recycling Guests need to dispose of their rubbish and recycle. The Bin shed is located at the end of the building on the right-hand side (Rollerdoor shed). The red lid is general waste, and the yellow lid is recycling. Security Doors and windows must be locked. Pool and BBQ areas: NO GLASS is permitted in the swimming pool areas. Plastic plates and glasses are provided in the kitchen for use by the pool. This includes beer bottles; buying cans to take with you is better. Pool hours are from 6 am to 10:30 pm, and quiet time is from 9:30 pm. Pool activity is unmonitored and undertaken at guests' own risk, and guests must supervise children at all times. Screaming, running and excessive noise is prohibited. BBQs are activated with a push button on the wall and switch off after 30 mins. They are also automatically powered off at 9:30 pm.
- BBQs and the BBQ areas must be cleaned after use. Smoking is prohibited anywhere within the unit, balcony, pool area and complex. If there is evidence of smoking within the property, a fee will be incurred for deodorising and cleaning.
- Pets are not permitted within the complex except for body corporate-approved pets for residents. Pets are not allowed to accompany guests.
- Damage and Loss Damage or loss must be reported to the host immediately.
- Furniture must be kept in the same rooms.
- The pool must not use bath towels; dedicated beach towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replacing lost or damaged keys and electronic fobs.
- Any damage, additional cleaning expenses or loss not covered by insurance will be billed to the guest. Failure to comply with any house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of the reservation.
- We reserve the right to prematurely end a stay for any guest who refuses to follow the house rules or causes disruption to residents, with the loss of any money paid. Please reach out to us for any clarification of these rules.
