Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.

- 5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed with the host.
- 6. Before leaving home, make sure all windows are closed.
- 7. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation.
- 8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
- 9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
