BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Primary Suite has a Cal King size bed, 65" TV, office desk and chair, an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower, walk in closet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, en suite bath 50" TV. Living Room- Large Sofa 85" TV, Full pull out bed. Queen air mattress available upon request. PARKING- No garage parking, 2 cars in the driveway and 2 spots in any street parking spot. KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 4 burner gas range, oven, and more… LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 75"’ Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. OUTSIDE: The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped yard features a conversation set, gas BBQ w/dining top. private hot tub and table w/chairs. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, drip coffee maker, toaster and blender. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the resort style community pool and jacuzzi. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note…. - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. There is a 24 hour gate security for access to the community. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes keurig cups and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? We have an indoor music system. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have Bluetooth connectivity issues since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
