 Skiing/snowboarding is as easy as it gets with the ski valet right by the gondola. You put on your boots in the warm valet room, then catch the Riverfront Gondola to the base of Bachelor Gulch, connected to Beaver Creek Mountain. There is also a free shuttle if you want to head to the famed Vail or Beaver Creek Villages for shopping or dining. If you are seeking a quieter place to relax, the lobby just down the hall from Ski River Escape offers a private lounge to spread out and relax with a pool table, shuffleboard, and classic games. Not a skier/boarder? Not a problem. There is plenty to do within walking distance of Ski River Escape. See more on that in the “LOCATION” section below. THE CONDO This brand-new mountain modern condo has some of the best views in the valley. It also offers the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer and luxurious bathroom. The south-facing deck is a great place to sit and sip coffee or your afternoon beverage of choice and enjoy the Colorado sunshine and ski slope views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with organic, luxury bedding and towels. If you have additional sleepers, the living room offers a comfortable and functional pull-out queen-sized bed, also with organic, luxury bedding. THE LOCATION Riverfront Village is Vail Valley’s newest and hottest address. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley within the Town of Avon, it’s a vibrant mountain community that is walkable, energized and active. The Town of Avon offers plenty of fun activities for kids, families, neighbors and friends to enjoy all year long. Enjoy the Eagle River with its meandering running/biking path that goes for miles. * Nottingham Park and Lake is a 48-acre outdoor oasis within a 10-minute walk of Ski River Escape with a sprawling kid’s park and beach. Rent a SUP or paddleboat, play beach volleyball or enjoy a live music performance at the Amphitheater. *Foodies love the Vail Valley with great culinary options in Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek and Edwards. *Take advantage of the Eagle River right outside your door. The path is never crowded. And if you like to fish, you can’t beat this location! *The Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek is an exceptional experience for enjoying world-class performances. *The Town of Avon has many unique and convenient shopping destinations within walking distance. * Hiking and biking are right out your door. *Spend a day exploring the shops and restaurants of Edwards, just 5 miles to the west. *No need to rent a car as the Resort has a private free shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village (5 minutes) and Vail (15 minutes) every hour (dependent on the time of year). Colorado Mountain Express can take you to/from the Eagle (EGE) (preferred) or Denver (DEN) airport to the resort doorstep. Daily housekeeping is typically not provided for short stays, but can be provided on request at an additional cost. Note that the Westin Resort & Spa charges a daily $60/day “resort fee” for the use of all the amenities. These fees are customary for a 4/5-star resort and are not included in our fees. You will pay them directly to the Resort upon check out. There is also a one-time $75 booking fee paid directly to the Resort. You will have the whole unit to yourself. Pool, hot tubs, recreating room are also available for your use. We are here 24/7 should you need anthing Per the Riverfront HOA, all rental guests are required to pay a Resort Fee of $60 per night, which provides your group with the full amenity package including shuttle service, high speed internet and access to Westin’s ski valet and Athletic Club for locker rooms, pool, hot tubs. Classes through the Athletic Club at the Westin are not included in the Resort Fee. The resort fee is not waived if guests are not accessing these services.
