Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. - Indoor Pool:
- Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).

- 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:

- Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
- ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
- Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.
- Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.
- The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
- Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
- We do not provide beach or pool towels.
