There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse. * Clubhouse membership transfer cost is covered by the owner. * Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address are included. * Guests not in the same household may accompany members when using the clubhouse. * Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay. $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
