Step outside to the private pool and patio with sun loungers, a grill, and Sonos speakers to soundtrack your soak, or hop in the included 6-seater golf cart to cruise to the beach and enjoy the area with ease. On the third floor, you’ll find three King bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms featuring double vanities and sleek walk-in showers. Two of these rooms offer balcony access, making it easy to greet the morning with a salty breeze. The fourth floor is all about fun and flexibility. It features a second living area, cozy kitchenette (with beverage fridge, sink, and Keurig), a game table, and two bunk rooms—one with a Queen over King, and the other with Twin/Twin and Full/Full bunks plus balcony access. With miles of trails, five coastal dune lakes and sprawling beaches, it’s a nature lovers dream. Just a short drive to Gulf Place shops, makes it perfect for families who don’t like the crowds and restrictions of other 30A beaches yet close to it all. BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It’s right across from Stinky’s Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all! Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 pets under 30 lbs each for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine. - This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib. - There is an inflatable paddle board, pump, and 8 beach chairs available for guest use. - There is an elevator that can be used for the 2nd-4th floors. - While this home has an elevator, it is intended as a bonus amenity only and may be unavailable for use during your stay. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. - Golf cart is provided through our partner LIV. All guests are required to complete and submit a waiver prior to receiving the access code for the golf cart key. - Pack ’n play is available upon request Parking Details: - 4 parking spaces available. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
