This cabin is on the banks of the Upper Truckee River on 2.3 acres, 4 minutes south of Hwy 50 off Hwy 89. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1898 SQ Ft cabin sleeping 8 in 2 king and 2 queen beds. The cabin includes a 2-car attached garage and a 1-car shop.
The back porch includes a BBQ overlooking the river. Only a few steps from the deck, green grasses grow along the banks of the river in spring, a perfect location to unroll your yoga mat or beach chair!
The kitchen is all new, with bar seating for 6. The dining room features a live-edge dining table with river views. The living room features a high-efficiency wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy place to enjoy.
The master bedroom contains a sit-stand desk with a large curved monitor and an HDMI plug for connecting the laptop for remote work. The Wi-Fi and internet have been excellent.
Board games are in the kitchen cabinet under the bar area accessed from the dining room.
Hiking and Mountain biking trails are a short distance from the front door.
Ski Resorts:
Sierra at Tahoe Resort is 14 minutes, Heavenly is 20 minutes, and Kirkwood is 30 minutes away.
Camp Richardson and Pope Beach on Lake Tahoe are 15 15-minute drive.
