Casa Bruella has been refurbished to the very highest standards and features a large enclosed outdoor BBQ and alfresco entertaining area, which looks over the private swimming pool, heating is available upon request at €300 per week.
The villa is air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout with unlimited Broadband WiFi.
The accommodation consists of three beautifully furnished bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The beds are large and very comfortable.
The living room is large, open planned, high wooden ceilings, large wood burner and traditional handcrafted terracotta floor. The dining area has a large table for eight, flat-screen TV, sound system and satellite TV, with English Channels. This opens into the well laid out solid oak modern and versatile kitchen, which is fully equipped and benefits from a large double Range Master oven & cooker & built-in fridge and freezer.
The living room opens out to the pool terrace and BBQ area. This is beautiful and practical in design. The BBQ area is covered with traditional Portuguese handcrafted bricks, and a large stone table that seats ten, with a large natural charcoal BBQ with extract system, and sink area.
The pool is a kidney-shaped heated (optional) pool, with plenty of terracing for lazing around the pool and enjoying the sun. Because the pool has the option to be heated, this makes the property appealing all year round. There is an outside toilet /changing room. There is a small grassed area for children to play with a Wendy house. The villa is private, fully fenced with an electric gate, security lights and private parking.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
Check-in / Check-out: 3 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
