Casa Ferrolho is situated in a small complex of 10 townhouses sharing a communal pool with an adjacent shower. The property is all about location, being situated within a 15-minute walk to the town centre and beaches.
On entering the property you’re greeted by a bright open-plan lounge/dining area which is spacious with a chaise longue sofa, table and chairs, WiFi, and internet TV including Premier League and other top European leagues live. In addition, there are tens of channels from almost all European countries. The fully fitted kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine is located conveniently just off the living area.
Leading from the lounge is a covered balcony with a table and chairs, as well as a hanging chair, making it the perfect setting to admire the beautiful views.
On the lower level are two double bedrooms, one en-suite with a walk-in shower and one family bathroom with a shower enclosure.
Both bedrooms have large windows opening directly onto the terrace, which combines a modern set-up with several sitting areas, sun loungers, and BBQ, from where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The property is fully airconditioned and includes a safe.
The location is just 8 mins walk from Praia Centeanes sandy beach. Parking readily available outside the property.

Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few nightclubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities, and fantastic beaches.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
