Casa Ouricos is a stunning family villa, set on extensive grounds in a tranquil location, yet just a 15 mins stroll into the village of Carvoeiro with it’s variety of restaurants , amenities and beaches. An Ideal location for a self-catering family holiday, the villa benefits from a large closed off pool area with heated pool (optional), Air Conditioning, Unlimited Broadband WiFi.
Casa Ouricos is a stunning family villa, set on extensive grounds in a tranquil location, yet just 15 mins stroll into the village of Carvoeiro with it’s variety of restaurants, amenities and beaches.
An ideal location for a self-catering family holiday, the villa benefits from a large closed-off pool area with a large private swimming pool, heating available upon request at €300 per week from March to October, Air Conditioning, Unlimited Broadband WiFi. Located Outside are plenty of deck beds, sunshades, and seating for 9, Large BBQ, 12 x 6 m pool and table tennis. A good-sized grassed area with football goals, ideal for ball games and kids play area. With steps leading to a shaded terrace at the front, the accommodation on the ground floor is open-plan with and an attractive sunken sitting room with ample seating Cable TV with Limited English channels, DVD, and sound system. Fully fitted kitchen and very well equipped with table and chairs and a dining terrace. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and master with en-suite upstairs, which leads out to a private sun terrace.
Some of the best beaches on the Algarve are located within a 5 minutes drive away, along with tennis, golf courses, riding, water parks.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
Check-in / Check-out: 3 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
