Outside, explore the properties trails for hiking or biking OR hop on them to connect to the popular Snowbird Bike Trail & Back 40.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- - The gate to the Barn property driveway can be easily pulled back manually and left open or closed, gliding smoothly. It's recommended to enter the property via the barn driveway and exit through the main house driveway. Parking is available in the barn driveway, on the cement pad in front of the barn, or in the grass area to the right of the barn driveway. Please avoid parking in the main driveway connected to the White House.
- - No cats allowed. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner.
- - The large fan above needs to remain on at all times to circulate heat and air-conditioning in spaces with high ceilings.,Start: 22:00, End: 10:00
