Please contact our Customer Support service to make the request. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (to be consulted). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost to be consulted. To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The amount is not included in the rate and costs 2.00€ per day and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old do not need to pay. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested for inspection, with monthly visits scheduled for this purpose.
