Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

The minimum age requirement is 21 years old (at least one guest must be 21 years old). Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload a valid ID prior to check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply. Just a friendly reminder for guests staying 10 nights or longer: it is essential you schedule either an interim housekeeping service or a linen change during your stay, depending on how long you'll be with us. Failure to do so might incur extra charges at check out. Do not wash any of our linens or towels. They are professionally laundered and cannot be washed in a domestic washing machine. A fee will be charged for each item washed without prior approval. A fee would also apply, if any of the items are heavily soiled and would need replacement. Upon checkout, if the property is found in an unacceptable condition that does not reflect how it was presented to you upon your arrival—for example, excessive rubbish left behind or dishes and pans not cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher—additional charges may apply. We kindly request that our guests take responsibility for maintaining the property during their stay. Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee.
