Welcome to Sandy Toes Cottage, where you will be sure to love all that this charming home has to offer! Newly painted and plenty of seating inside and on the balcony and pool area. The open floor plan has a kitchen, complete with its own coffee station to keep energized all day long, the breakfast bar seats 3 and there’s a dinette table that seats 4, dining and living area that also has sliders that open out to a balcony with outdoor seating. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a walk in shower. The other 2 guest bedrooms are at the back of the house and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Need to get some work done or just a little privacy with your favorite book? Head on up the spiral staircase and there’s an awesome loft with a desk and some sunshine out the sliders. NOTE, for security and safety reasons, this balcony is not for guest use, but you can still enjoy the sunshine and views from the sliders.
