Welcome to Sunny Canal. This beautiful three-bedroom canal front home is located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach and is a quick walk to the beach. Walking into the living area guests are greeted with a wall of sliding glass doors filtering the area with natural light. A cozy living area features two sofa sleepers, flat screen TV, and picturesque views of the canal. Whip up a delicious dinner in the evenings in the fully equipped kitchen. Open the sliding glass doors and choose to eat at the inside dining table, the outdoor table on the lanai, or both. The lanai is screened for extra comfort. The main level also includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. Up the spiral staircase to the third floor guests will find another queen bedroom, full bathroom, and the primary suite. The primary suite offers a king bed, large en suite, and a private balcony. Perfect location for your morning coffee. The balcony includes another spiral staircase to a small rooftop deck. Venturing to the ground floor there is a large pool, spill over spa, plenty of outdoor seating, and a bar with TV. Bring or rent kayaks and paddleboards to launch off the dock to make the most of the location. Sunny Canal is the perfect vacation home for the outdoor enthusiast.

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover’s Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
