Pet Policy Pets are welcome in designated units under the following conditions: ✔ Notify us in advance with details about your pet ✔ Cleaning fees (per pet): 1-7 nights: $25/night 8-29 nights: $200 total 30+ nights: $300 total ✔ Pet Restrictions: 2 pets maximum, no weight limit, but certain breeds are not allowed (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers) ✔ Unapproved pets: $500 fee We have noise monitors (measuring decibel levels only) and security cameras in hallways for safety. Tampering with the monitors incurs a fee. Please note that while amenities are typically available, occasional closures for maintenance or seasonal adjustments may occur.
