If you plan a 3 months plus stay on our beautiful beaches, this condo is for you! Minimum rental period required by the association is 3 months!
This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in a great location in St. Pete Beach. The view from the water front balcony is absolutely stunning! The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other one with a bathtub/shower combo. The condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. One of the best features is the good size water front balcony with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal waterway. Sit on your balcony, enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins play and boats go by! Free WiFi and parking included.

The St. Pete Yacht and Tennis Club is a gated waterfront community with a lot to offer! Just across the bridge to Treasure Island and just a short walk from the beautiful beaches. You will never get bored at this wonderful condo community! The large clubhouse overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, has a full size gym, a sauna, a pool and card room and a TV room. An Olympic sized pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and 7 tennis courts round up the great amenities the St. Pete Beach Yacht and Tennis Club has to offer! Restaurants, Bars and Watersports activities all in walking distance.
For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you’ll have plenty of happy memories to take away!
