Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced.
- - In order to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guests, we have a few policies we ask you to respect. Parties, smoking, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations of these policies may result in a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the fire station if the central alarm system is activated. Please note that we consider a party to be any gathering that exceeds the stated room occupancy, as defined by the fire department.
- - Check-out time is 11 am, unless previously arranged. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100 charge per hour. Your cooperation is appreciated for our cleaning and incoming guests' convenience.
- - Our tropical location unfortunately means that occasional critters may attempt to enter our space, despite regular preventive pest control measures. Help us maintain a pest-free environment by keeping windows and doors closed during your stay.,Start: 21:00, End: 7:00
