Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,• The property is perfect for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 3 guests, as a cot is available upon request. Note that an additional fee of $50 per guest, per day, applies for any guests beyond the 2-person capacity.
- • The pools are available daily from dusk until dawn. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please use with care and do not leave children unattended. For safety reasons, no glass or breakable items are allowed in the pool area.
- • Tropical pests are common in our area. While we have regular preventative pest control, it's possible that a critter may sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows and doors closed.
- • We use Property Manager's Multi-Listing feature, which allows hosts to list multiple units that are similar in appearance and have no major aesthetic differences. Due to the historic nature of the building, there may be slight variances in unit layout (please refer to listing photos for variations). Rest assured that the square footage, decor, amenities, and sleeping accommodations will be the same.
- • This property is not pet-friendly. However, if you have a service animal, we kindly ask for your responses to the following questions. Please note that, due to their supportive role, service animals should not be left alone at the property:
