Pack-n-play crib available upon request and no pet fee. This is a private apartment, exclusive for your use. Make yourself at home! You also have access to the shared courtyard space with patio tables and benches, as well as the free shared laundry area. We’re walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and local attractions (and palm-tree lined Art Deco sun-soaked streets make for easy strolling), but if you’re looking to venture further there are a lot of options. • PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop directly in front on the apartment) connecting to most anywhere in Miami, as well as the free trolley bus running throughout the island until midnight. • BIKING: Miami Beach has wonderful beach and bay boardwalks to bike along. Citi bikes available nearby for rent (a 3 min walk). Drop off at another of the many stations throughout the city (30 minutes for $4.50), enjoy for the day ($24 for the day) or for the month $35 for one month unlimited 60-minute rides. • WALKING: Miami Beach is a very walkable city. We’re a 3 minute walk to the Atlantic Way path along the ocean. • This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. • This is a large apartment (1000 sq.ft). It is ideal for 3-6 adult guests but can accommodate more guests using the sofa bed and ottoman floor mattresses. We recommend full capacity only for short stays, as it will feel very much like a slumber party. • Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the fire station if such behavior sets off the central alarm system. We consider a party any number of guests over stated room occupancy - a limit given to us by the fire department. • As with any regular Property Manager stay, daily housekeeping is not included. • Tropical pests are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it’s possible that a critter might sneak inside.
