The home, finely renovated in April 2023, is located on the American fourth floor with an elevator in an Umbertine-style building just a few steps away from St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museums. With two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the spacious living room, it can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
The space
The home was exquisitely renovated in April 2023.
It consists of a master bedroom with a wrought iron double bed and a bedroom with two single storage beds. Both rooms overlook a bright internal courtyard for a rest in absolute peace.
A wonderful fresco by the artist Gabriella Grillo dominates the large and practical living room. On one side, there is a comfortable solid wood dining table that accommodates up to six guests. On the other, there is a large sofa bed which, with the addition of a memory foam topper, becomes a proper double bed for two additional guests. The 65-inch Smart TV with ultra-fast internet connection guarantees moments of relaxation after a full day among the Roman monuments.
The corridor, adorned with the precious oil painting by the artist Maria Citraro, leads to the kitchen located at the entrance of the home. It is fully equipped and complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The pastel green tones, Vietri ceramics and country-style furnishings create a sweet harmony.
Daikin Perfera units were chosen for the air conditioning system: the best that the residential market can offer for maximum indoor air quality.
The internet connection is fiber optic: ultra-fast and stable, perfect even for the most demanding remote workers.

We are in the Prati district, one of the most elegant areas in Rome. With its well-kept architecture, Via Cola di Rienzo becomes a paradise for shopping enthusiasts, with fashion boutiques and luxury shops.The culinary scene is equally captivating, offering a wide range of restaurants from traditional to international cuisines. Beyond the delicious food, Prati embraces culture with the nearby Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica. The neighborhood is a perfect destination for cultural, gastronomic and shopping experiences immersed in a refined atmosphere.
Getting around the area
All major points of interest are within walking distance.
The A-line Metro stop, Ottaviano San Pietro, is about 800 feet from the front door. It connects directly with the Piazza di Spagna and Roma Termini central station.
The area is NOT restricted to traffic and can be reached freely by car. It is possible to park in the spots with the blue lines at a cost of 4 euros for 8 hours, and it is free of charge from 7:00 pm to 8:00 am, on weekends and holidays. Alternatively, there is a garage on the other side of the street with rates starting from 20 euros per day. It is strongly recommended to book parking in advance.
