Main Level The entry level welcomes you with a spacious living area, open-plan kitchen, and dining table for eight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful city views from the balcony. This floor also has a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry area, a guest bathroom, and a service bathroom. Lower Level The lower level includes a cozy TV lounge with a 70" smart TV and a large desk, perfect for remote work. Here, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, each with private bathrooms. Rooftop Terrace The rooftop is designed for dining and relaxation, with a Weber BBQ grill, dining table for eight, hanging chairs, and ambient string lights. This an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy panoramic city views. Additional Details This penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, and complimentary wine. Please note that portable fans are provided in each room, as there is no air conditioning. While rare, there may be a slight odor in the downstairs bathrooms due to building infrastructure, though it does not affect the overall functionality. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home.
