This recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo at Land’s End has amazing Gulf views from your living room, master bedroom and of course your private balcony! The beautiful, fully stocked kitchen has been done with granite counter tops, both master and guest bathrooms have been updated and look lovely, newer flooring throughout, updated furnishings and so much more. All the comforts of home inside and many amenities outside makes this a true vacation getaway! Building #9 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.
**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.
Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
