Enjoy perfect natural bliss at this one-bedroom house located in the middle of vineyards and overlooking the serene Adriatic Sea.
The beautiful holiday retreat is an ideal accommodation choice for 4 guests and has much to offer. There is a courtyard with garden furniture set in the shade of an olive tree. There is also a slide for young ones to play and have fun. The atmosphere is really quiet and guests can take a stroll in the vineyards without being disturbed for hours.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a lively open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen. With a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob and a fridge, guests will surely enjoy cooking in this kitchen. The bedroom is on the first floor.

The double sofa bed is comfortable for sleeping for two guests.

The house offers a tranquil atmosphere with lots of sun to bask in. It is the perfect recipe for a relaxed holiday with friends and family. Guests can get homemade wines and olive oil here from the owner. There is also a restaurant and a shop, a winery and a shop within a kilometer of the house. The nearest beach is at a convenient walking distance. Beyond fun at the coast, there is also international cycling and hiking trail near Parenzana and plenty of mountain trails. Guests can also enjoy swimming and natural baths under the magnificent cliffs. Italian Trieste is around the corner, a few minutes to the nearby Istrian city of Koper. The surrounding area is extremely rich in good inns and restaurants. The Karst region with its world-famous caves is about half an hour’s drive from the house.
