For a comfortable stay in the heart of the city of Nice, we offer our accommodation with a privileged location in the immediate vicinity of the Parc de la Coulée Verte and at the gates of the old town. Bathed in light, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it is fully air-conditioned to allow you to have a comfortable stay in the height of summer. The accommodation is arranged as follows: - The entrance leads to a separate toilet then a bathroom with walk-in shower & vanity unit. - Then you arrive in the beautiful & spacious living room, composed at the entrance of a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster). - The kitchen opens onto a dining area then serves a lounge area composed of a sofa convertible into a bed with a standard size mattress (140x190), a television with free wifi connection - The bedroom faces the street, however the windows are double-glazed to preserve the calm of your nights. The apartment is located a two-minute walk from the lively Rue de la Prefecture in Old Nice with its bars & restaurants. You will also appreciate being only 5 minutes walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais Beach. A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee). The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption. See you soon in Nice
