Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,-Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 10am the day of your departure. -Your booking must reflect the correct amount of guests & guest count must be updated in your reservation if additional guests are added. -This is a residential neighborhood so standard noise ordinances apply promptly at 10pm -There is only parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation. -No underage drinking or illegal activity. -Golf cart is available for licensed & insured drivers age 25 and up only. -All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (10am) or an additional nights rate & cleaning fee apply. -Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are permitted with PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY. We have a $100 cash deposit and student rules to be signed at check in. -We are pet friendly with a one time fee of $200 (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. Paperwork must be provided to reflect an ADA service animal and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool at any time. It is required that you clean up any accidents inside immediately, and the yard must be left clear of any feces. We require your pet to be crated when left unattended. -Private pool is used by registered guests only. -No jumping from balcony into pool, immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. -Do not rearrange furniture inside the home or tamper with electronics/inputs/log out of provided streaming services -We strongly recommend purchasing additional rental/travel insurance for your peace of mind if something were to alter your trip. -Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable. ,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
