Experience luxury by the sea when staying in the oceanfront getaway, Ponce de Leon Towers 703! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat provides a family of 6 an idyllic place to relax. With views of the Atlantic from nearly every room to high-end amenities, you and yours will find the R and R you seek.
There’s no better start to a vacation than opening the door to a sweeping view of the ocean horizon. The condo impresses guests with a 7th floor view of the waves and an interior composed of light walls and tile flooring.
As you settle in, step into the updated kitchen to unload your groceries. This space is updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and warm cabinetry. Coffee lovers will immediately gravitate to the coffee bar that is equipped with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. Though NSB has fantastic dining nearby, you’ll love the occasional meal made at home. The condo is stocked with cooking essentials, dinnerware, a toaster oven, crockpot, blender, and more.
You and yours can gather for meals at the dining table for six. There is no seek out scenic dining as the table has a glorious view of the water. Additional seating for two is provided at the kitchen’s breakfast bar.
In between trips to the sand below, you’ll love relaxing in the open living area. This room provides a leather sectional, 65" Smart TV, and a dreamy view of NSB. You won’t have to go without your favorite shows as the condo’s TV has cable and streaming service apps.
In the evening, venture out to the balcony for a glass of wine. The 7th floor balcony overlooks NSB’s driving beach. You’ll find you have a front row seat to New Smyrna’s wildlife from seagulls in the air to dolphins in the sea.
When staying in the primary bedroom, there’s no need to say goodbye to the Atlantic! If you don’t mind waking up early, you can watch the ocean sunrise every morning from bed. Guests are provided a king bed, 55" Smart TV, and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Four others can claim the second bedroom as their own. This room has a queen bed, twin bunk bed, ample dresser and closet space, and a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, WiFi, streaming service apps, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and the best views of NSB.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

About Ponce de Leon Towers
Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna’s driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area’s main grocery store.
