About Oceania Plaza: Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that’s within walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in. Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located within the complex.
