Just a few meters away you will find the La Choncha path, where you will see locals everyday enjoying morning walks to the neighboured beach Ondarreta. Only 3 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries, many cafes, etc. Elegant, modern and cozy. The apartment has 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a big living-dining room which can easily host up to 8 people.
