This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchen open on the living room and access to the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Access Apartment is ideally located next to Massena Square, less than 5 minutes away from Massena’s tram. The apartment is fully equipped. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 25 minutes and this stop is 450m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the parking of the shopping center Nice Etoile, only 5 minutes away by walking. IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE : For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document. The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
