Space Welcome to our Downtown Apartment, Located on the fourth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, secure parking 5 minutes away by walking, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room and access to the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. This is a no smoking apartment. Access Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and Massena Square. The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. Interaction Bnb Groom Services’ team is glad to greet you in Nice. Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Neighborhood The calm and residential area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops…and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Durandy. Journey takes only 25 minutes and this stop is 300m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 20 minutes away on foot on the Harbor. Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the public parking Marshall, we have a card for you to access the parking for free. IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE : For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document. The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
