This thoughtfully crafted home features three generously sized bedrooms, each designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. The primary bedroom boasts a private bathroom with luxurious amenities, while the other two bedrooms are conveniently located near additional bathrooms, all stocked with fresh towels and essentials. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with modern appliances, coffee and wet bar, and all the tools you need to prepare a complete meal. Then serve your culinary creations either in the breakfast nook or move the gathering to the airy and open dining room for a more formal setting. Additionally, the home’s office offers an easy and quiet space to stay productive during your stay. The excitement doesn’t stop indoors! Start your mornings with a cup of coffee or tea on the wrap-around porch, offering ample seating for everyone to gather and plan the day’s adventures. Or step outside the kitchen into a beautiful, private, side yard oasis, complete with a gas grill, spacious and shaded dining table, and fire pit to inspire intimate evenings of outdoor conversation with your favorite beverage in hand. Notable East-side restaurants just outside of Mueller include Este, Kome Sushi, Homeslice Pizza, or try Bird Bird Biscuit, famous for its gourmet biscuit sandwiches. When it’s time to unwind, explore the vibrant bar scene. Check out Kinda Tropical, a laid-back bar with a great selection of drinks and a cozy outdoor patio, or visit the inimitable School House Pub for craft cocktails in a school-themed setting. For local brews, stop by Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches, where you can enjoy craft beers and fresh kolaches in a welcoming environment. Ella Wooten Park - this park is an 8 minute walk and has access to a public pool! There is an access card located in the kitchen top drawer under the coffee bar. Please make sure you leave the card onsite as it’s a $50 expense to replace! We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Property Manager Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in our digital house manual. Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at one of our Property Manager Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Property Manager. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%. - YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin’s musicians and related businesses. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
