With room to gather and space to unwind, this Crystal Beach home lets you move between lively group time and laid-back relaxation effortlessly. Location & setting Set in the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, the home is a short walk to public beach access along the Emerald Coast. A street-legal 6-seat golf cart is included, making it easy to cruise Scenic Gulf Drive or head to Destin Commons for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You are close to Destin’s beaches, water activities, and the Harbor Boardwalk, with everyday conveniences nearby. Living spaces Nearly 5,000 square feet are spread across three levels, offering multiple places to gather or step away for quiet time. Two living rooms create flexible spaces for conversation or downtime. A dedicated movie room with a reclining sofa invites relaxed evenings, while a separate game room with an arcade and a 75-inch Smart TV adds another option for casual entertainment. WiFi and multiple TVs support easy days in between outings. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is set up for group stays, with ample prep space and the essentials needed to cook and share meals at home. An adjacent dining area brings everyone together for morning coffee, unhurried breakfasts, or dinners after a full day outside. Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to 23 guests across 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Six king bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms. On the third floor, two additional king bedrooms share a full bathroom. A bunk room provides flexible sleeping space with one queen over queen bunk and one twin over queen bunk, making it a popular option for kids and teens. Outdoor living A fenced backyard centers around a private heated saltwater pool with a cascading waterfall hot tub. Pool heating is available seasonally from October through May and a fee applies. Outdoor seating, dining space, and a grill create an easy rhythm between beach time and evenings at home. Covered balconies on the upper floors offer additional places to step outside and enjoy the coastal air. Comfort & convenience Air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and self check-in with a smart lock are all provided. Beach access is close, and beach essentials help simplify days by the water. Free parking is available on the property, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, with snowbird rates available in winter by request. We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacations by Property Manager uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. You’ll find that Downtown Destin is easily walkable with access to dining, shopping, and nightlife entertainment. Guests have access to 13 beaches in the region! Bikes/Cycling or taking public transportation are alternate options. While you may be traveling by your/rental vehicle, if you need additional transportation or nearest airport information, we have you covered! Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager (Property Manager Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - Included Golf Cart Guidelines and Use A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code. - Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May. - Events/Weddings and Parties -- Guidelines and Fee 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager properties may not be used for any unauthorized and unregistered events, weddings, and/or parties. A gathering may be defined as a party herein if (a) the number of guests on the property exceeds the maximum allowed guest count, (b) the noise level rises beyond what is reasonably dependent on the neighborhood and time of day, if specific Property noise information is not provided then quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, (c) there is a violation of local regulations or HOA bylaws, or (d) the actions of Guests are disruptive to neighbors. You must request a pre-approval event agreement from 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager upon booking should you wish to host a large gathering, wedding or event on the property. An event fee of $500.00 - $1,500.00 at the discretion of 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager. You are responsible for any and all required permits, licenses, insurances, and other event requirements from HOAS or local governments should an event be approved by 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern. *Service Animals: 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need a service animal to ease the symptoms of a disability (as defined under the above Acts), and have the Animal/Pet Fee waived, submit a request in writing to 850 Vacation Rentals by Property Manager and include whether or not the service animal is required because of a disability as well as what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.
