Spanning more than 4,000 square feet across three levels, the layout provides room to spread out while staying connected. An in-home elevator serves all floors, and large windows throughout frame harbor and Gulf views, keeping the outdoors close at hand. Living spaces The main living level centers around a welcoming gathering area with an indoor fireplace, built-in entertainment center, and a cocktail bar with ice maker. Nearby, the dining space is suited for shared meals, while the kitchen offers ample room for home cooking and casual conversation. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed, without pulling you away from the relaxed pace of the setting. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms, with multiple beds arranged to host families or groups comfortably. The primary suite occupies the upper level and includes a spacious bathroom, walk-in closet, office area, morning kitchen, and access to private balconies. A guest suite on the first floor features its own living area, full bath, and direct access to the pool and harbor. Additional sleeping space is thoughtfully arranged to support group stays without crowding. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer. -- This gated beach is accessed by key cards, which are provided in the home.* You’ll find that Destin offers dining, shopping, and nightlife entertainment. Guests have access to 13 beaches in the region! Bikes/Cycling or taking public transportation are alternate options. While you may be traveling by your/rental vehicle, if you need additional transportation or nearest airport information, we have you covered! When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - Holiday Isle Beach Access: Key cards are located on lanyards in the home, 2 key cards per stay. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May. - Events and Parties Prohibited Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
