Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.
- We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

- Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).
- Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
- Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
- Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April.
- Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on recovering the keys and accessing the apartment.
- Keys can be retrieved free of charge via smartlock on site.
- In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
- Alternatively, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, key collection will take place free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).
- If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- - From 3pm to 9pm: €15.00;
- - From 9.00pm to 11.00pm: €25.00;
- - From 11.00pm to 12.00am: €30.00;
- - From midnight to 1.30am: €40.00.
