GAME DEN: -The lower main level of the home has a large "Game Den" and entertainment space with a pub size pool table and a fun electronic Pac Man arcade game. -There is a half bathroom in this area, as well as a door to exit to the backyard. - This main level space also has a bedroom LIVING ROOM: -The 2nd floor has a living room with a large TV, a loveseat and a couch that rolls out and folds down to extend for an additional sleeping arrangement. (it is not a pull out couch with a mattress, just a futon style couch that folds and extends for a flat space.) -There is a small deck off the living room area at the front of the home, perfect to watch the large fishing boats come in and out of the Basin. KITCHEN: -The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. -There is a dining table to seat up to 8, and a door from the kitchen to exit down the stairs to the backyard. -There is also half bath on the 2nd level. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS AND BATHROOMS: -The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with 1 bed, and 1 half bathroom - The 2nd floor has 1 half bathroom -The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 4 beds (total of 2 queen and 2 full sized beds). -Each bedroom is tastefully designed and included closets, luggage racks and cozy bed linens. -There is 1 full bathroom with a tub in the hallway for the bedrooms to share. -The master bedroom has 1 full ensuite bathroom BEDROOM 1- The master ensuite bedroom has a Queen Sized bed, a TV (no cable) and a newly updated full bathroom with a beautiful stand-up shower. There is also a desk with a chair for a workspace. As well as there is a fold out chair that can be folded flat to be converted into a single twin sized layout to lounge on. It is great to curl up on and enjoy the view from the master bedroom windows! BEDROOM 2- has 1 Queen Sized bed. BEDROOM 3- has 2 Full Sized beds. BEDROOM 4- has 1 Queen Sized bed BACKYARD: -You may enjoy the backyard with some seating, and much space to hang out. -There is a charcoal grill and fire pit in the backyard for guest to use. -Please note that we do not supply charcoal, lighter fluid or firewood, guests must supply their own.
