Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens II 314, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom seaside escape that features top-notch amenities and a beautiful view of the water. Whether you relax to the sound of the ocean waves on its third-floor balcony or kick back indoors, R and R is practically guaranteed during your stay. At the end of a fun-filled day, you’ll be eager to retire to the primary bedroom. This suite holds a king bed, Smart TV, and adjoining bathroom. The rest of your crew will equally enjoy their stay in the second bedroom. A twin bed, a full bed, and a Smart TV furnish the space. Nearby, guests can use the lovely second bathroom which has a subway-tiled bathtub and plenty of bath towels.

On the outside, you’ll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III. This complex is prized for its getaway appeal because it is located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. This New Smyrna Condo complex offers the ultimate experience for water lovers with its beach-view condos, oceanfront condos, and spectacular sunset views.
