We would like to welcome you in one of our most amazing accommodations, located in the center of the Marbella area. This townhouse offers an amazing panoramic view from the garden and balcony. The view reaches from Marbella to the ocean and the sunset. This view makes Marbella Views unique and will be a view never to forget. In addition, we offer our entertainment room with billiard, cinema and jacuzzi area. Puerto Banus, Marbella, shopping centre, supermarket, nightlife, restaurants and the beach reachable within 15 minutes. IMPORTANT: this accommodation is for FAMILY ONLY and does not allow groups. Our accommodation offers a loft style design with a high ceiling living-room. Direct access from the ground floor to the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden has one of the most spectacular views over Marbella, the ocean, Gibraltar and is the perfect area to enjoy a bbq and the Spanish evening temperatures. In addition, the garden has direct access to the communal pool. The secondary living-room has a cosy reading area with views through the large living-room windows and offers direct access to the master with ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The lower level of the house offers three bedrooms and a bathroom, outdoor jacuzzi and biljard area. Lastly, the entertainment area has a cinema and music setup with surround sound, large flatscreen tv with the latest apps connectivity options such as Netflix and AirPlay. The underground garage is private and secured. Two individual automatic garage doors offer room for two cars. While staying with us you can make use of the accommodation, the communal pool located in the urbanisation, free secured parking for two cars and all amenities of the accommodation. Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. When booking with us you agree to our rules and regulations and to follow our check-in and check-out times. This accommodation has a zero tolerance policy. Parties, young people and groups of the same sex are not allowed. 3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time or not following our rules & regulations, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. The security deposit is €800,00 and needs to be paid upon arrival in cash. 5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h.
