Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our extra services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service as an additional service on request. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1000,00. 7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you’re leaving the accommodation, in this case it’s not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. Important: The area’s of this property are continuously being maintaned. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area.
