In the heart of the city center on Place Masséna, come and spend a vacation with family or friends in our comfortable apartment, fully air-conditioned and nicely decorated to offer you the perfect pied-à-terre during your stay on the French Riviera!
Located on the third floor with elevator of an old building, the location is lively (tram line on the Place, shops & restaurants), it however has double-glazed windows & will be able to offer you all the services necessary for a successful Nice getaway !
The apartment is arranged as follows:
- Upon entering the apartment, you will find on your left a spacious and fully equipped separate kitchen (fridge, freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, drying rack)
- Then on your right you will discover the large living room with two spaces, a first dining area with table & chairs, then a second living room area raised by a step with a large sofa, armchair, TV, free wifi connection, the small window at this living room level offers you a panoramic view of the Parc de la Coulée Verte & Place Masséna with the Fontaine du Soleil
- The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed (160x200), an open wardrobe, a luggage rack & a Smart TV including streaming applications. This room has a double-glazed window with blurred glass and opaque curtains because if you open it it opens onto a corridor in the common areas.
- The second bedroom, more spacious and bright, has a King Size bed (180x200), an open dressing room, a luggage rack, a Smart TV including streaming applications. The window overlooks the same view as the living room (Parc de la Coulée Verte & Place Masséna).
- Finally, the accommodation has two bathrooms, both adjoining the bedrooms accessible via a common corridor, both equipped with vanity units/WC, a walk-in shower for the first, & a bathtub for the second.
From the apartment you can easily reach the Old Town on foot in 3 minutes (200m), or the emblematic Promenade des Anglais in 5 minutes (300m). You also have all means of transport just a stone’s throw away, such as tram line 1 (Masséna station 1 minute away on foot) from Nice-ville train station or even a little further away, tram line 2 (Jean Médecin station 7 minutes away). on foot) dependent from the airport to the port of Nice from one end of the city to the other.
N.B: Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
