Former premises converted into a Loft on 3 levels, in the heart of the old town. Central location, allowing you to enjoy the Old Nice, its alleys and stores, a few steps from the Cours Saleya (Marché aux Fleurs) and the sea (Quai des Etats-Unis and Promenade des Anglais).
The entrance is on the main level of the loft, where you will find a large living room with a beautiful high ceiling, composed of a living room with sofa, a TV, a dining room that can accommodate 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, washing machine and dryer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor, a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed, and its private bathroom with a bathtub open to the room, and storage space.
On the lower floor, the second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, and storage space.
The living room and the first bedroom are air-conditioned, the second bedroom has a fan.
The bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as a free Wifi internet connection.
