Beautiful and spacious apartment, just opposite the port of Saint Laurent du Var and the beach.
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of a large air-conditioned living room with sofa, television and dining table. The kitchen is open and fully equipped: microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...
The terrace, with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside, overlooks the port of Saint Laurent.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which can be folded away), one with a television, and both with storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom has a shower, a double washbasin, a towel dryer and a washing machine.
The residence has a communal swimming pool, shared with the other residents.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), and a free Wifi internet connection.
