We offer you for your stay for two our lovely 2-room air-conditioned apartment just steps from the Nice Riquier Train Station to allow you to easily discover the French Riviera and its treasures during your stay on the French Riviera. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator of a Nice building, in the Riquier district, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Place Garibaldi or the Port Lympia district with its many local shops. It is laid out as follows: - You enter the apartment and will find on your left a bright living room with a seating area with a sofa, armchair, Smart TV, free Wifi connection. The space is open to the equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle or even a toaster. Also, of course, you will have a small dining area for two. - The living room has a French window leading to a small balcony to enjoy breakfast outside. - On the way to the bedroom, you will find on your left a cozy bathroom with an Italian shower, vanity unit, towel warmer & toilet. - Finally, the bedroom has two large storage closets, a small console table & a standard double bed (140x190). The apartment has been tastefully decorated to provide you with a comfortable and cozy pied-à-terre after your daily Nice or Côte d\’Azur outings. You will be located 2 minutes walk from the Riquier Train Station & its bus stops to get around the city. The products that are made available to you during your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.
