Welcome to your pied-à-terre in Nice, right next to the city center in the Quartier des Fleurs - Gambetta,
This lovely apartment is ideal for a family or couple, with a mezzanine sleeping area in the living room and a separate bedroom.
The apartment is located on the top floor with elevator of a magnificent Palais Bourgeois.
The layout is as follows:
- Open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & Nespresso coffee machine,
- A lounge area with Tv, free Wifi connection and sofa, a mezzanine with a 140cm double bed
- & a dining area
- A bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- A separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee). The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to enable you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
The apartment is a 1-minute walk from the "Alsace Lorraine" streetcar stop in the city center, and a 7-minute walk from the beach and Promenade des Anglais.
Nice-Ville train station is just one kilometer away. From the airport, just take tramway line 2 towards Port Lympia, stop at Alsace Lorraine station (less than 25 minutes’ journey) and walk to the apartment in just 1 minute.
