Upon entering to this 1022 sqft/ 95 sqm, you’ll be met in one side with the fully equipped kitchen, with first brand appliances and dinnerware. In front of this open area, is located the dining table for 6 guests. The space which corresponds to the living room is illuminated by natural light from the big windows and from the balcony.
For the corridor, you will find the bedrooms. The master one has a king-size bed and a desk and chair for work. The second bedroom has a king-size bed too. Both bedrooms share the bathroom that offers a walk-in shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
