Welcome to Maverick’s Manor, a beautifully restored 1917 cottage just four blocks from Fredericksburg’s Main Street. This spacious home offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests with two king beds, two queen beds, and two twin beds. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a friends’ trip, or a work retreat, Maverick’s Manor provides the perfect setting.

Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
